Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in the Glendale area. Across Arizona, 172 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 64 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Responded quickly to a service need. Good communication during the process.

We got our 8.5kw array in 2018 and recently had our roof redone (underlayment, metal flashing, wood battens, fastenrers etc). So we had to have the array taken down and reinstalled after the construction. Scheduling went perfect so our array was only down minimal time. Outstanding, honest, straightforward. No selling gimmicks. Competetive pricing and great support. We had an inverter go bad (under warranty) and replaced. I learned not park the hot car in the garage until after its cooled down (engine heat) from a friend that also has solar, no problems since. The inverter I had installed insid

Charlie Miller and Diego N. Creus were great to work with. I felt very comfortable with them. I'm greatly pleased with my solar panels and, best of all...my $10 APS bill. The installers were courteous and professional. We'd strongly recommend Argent Solar!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“your residential solar needs. With over 10 years of experience, our certified team of…”

Its website also mentions warranty, 24/7 availability and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook and X. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
