Its one and two star share is 3 points above the typical installer in Glendale. Across Arizona, 131 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 40 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

0% rated 1–2★20%

Each mark is one company we hold in Glendale whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Sun Clean Solar LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

They were great until they weren’t. They came like clockwork every 6 months with no hassles. Then one day, disappeared!! I texted and called and emailed…no response!! Horrible customer service! The least they could have done is JUST communicated that they will no longer be doing two-stories houses, with an apology and we all could have moved on!! Took months for the website to be updated to reflect that fact! Very disappointing!!

What experience! Had an appointment. Did not show at the designated time, nor did they call. I would say that they are not very reliable.

Jim is awesome at what he does - my solar panels always jump about 25% in production after his cleanings! :) Friendly, very well priced, and very through. Give him a try, you will not be disappointed!

Jim honored the warranty we had on pigeon guards that were installed around our solar panels which he was not responsible for. Long story, Jim came out and properly fixed the previously installation performed by the approved installers from our solar panel company at no charge. The work performed is very professional. They layed down pads to prevent the bird debris from getting all over the ground while removing. He is very honest and trustworthy to work with. We also had him clean the panels. They look amazing. I did not realize how dirty they were! I highly recommend Jim and company for clea

Thoroughly professional solar panel cleaning. Jim Evans has a helpful automated reminder and scheduling system. He is friendly and punctual. High recommendation

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
