    My initial review is below and all of that still holds true. Our sales and install process along with bird net install a few months later was all great/top-notch. I do however need to share my experience since, and highly highly caution you as you consider Sun Solar Solutions. When our system was installed, we were told, due to code, our Tesla battery would have to be installed on the west side of our house and Tesla indicated there would be no problem with the battery being in the sun during the hottest part of the summer days. We have had continuous issues with our battery shutting down to p

    This is an honestly terrible experience, and I highly recommend against using this company. My basic impression is that this was a total scam and their sales rep Taytan was misleading during the entire presentation and about the results. The Good: The install looks clean and the overall startup process went relatively smoothly. The Bad: 1) They said there was a Tesla Battery Credit, which was $500 or $1000. It has never been received. 2) They never told me it takes time for APS to transfer you over to the new account, which was a little over a month. Not a huge deal in and of itself, but that

    Salesperson had us convert to APS Time of Use with Demand APS plan with signed documents stating Tesla Powerwall battery would supplement panels between 4-7 pm during highest cost timeframe per utility. Powerwall was not installed where we were told it would be installed and is in direct afternoon sunlight and overheats (west side of home). Tesla batteries shut down over 122 F so with high temperatures in June and July and direct afternoon sunlight on metal encasement, the battery has to cool off several hours after shutting down sometime between 3-5 pm. Needless to say we have a lease payment

    Danny, the solar representative was very helpful and patient with our questions. Always available. Destiny, our CSR was always professional and has kept me updated every step of the way. There were a couple of broken items found after installation. One I replaced myself and the other was presented to us as if it was broken prior to installation, however we have a new build so that wasn’t possible. We are still waiting on the outcome for that. I would say be ready to defend yourself.

    I have used Sunsolar Solutions at all three of my Scottsdale homes. I have very few issues and when I did-they were very responsive. I highly recommend them!

    They were very good at informing us on what was going on throughout our insulation of our solar panels appreciate everything that they did

    We recently had Tesla Backup batteries added to our home. Sunsolar solutions completed the sale and installation and we are overall very pleased with the results. Both Sunsolar solutions and the installation company Power guard solutions were professional and yet added a personal touch to the entire sales process.
