    Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, paid them $400 just to be ghosted. It’s been over a week since I’ve paid them and haven’t heard anything back from them since. One star is more then they deserve, if there was a zero star review option I’d pick that.

    Customer service is AWFUL. Incredibly hard to get ahold of a real human. And when you do, the communication is still terrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    When I started with this company when I got my solar panels, their customer service was great. However, now they barely pick up the phone if I'm even lucky to get a person to respond, they take several days to respond to emails even when they are urgent needs for repairs, and their prices have shot up significantly. Stay way from this company and look for other businesses that actually get back to you in a timely manner and provide real quality customer service.

    Best solar company out there. Zach has been exceptional to work with. Complete professional; extremely knowledgeable about Solar. If you are considering solar, and not sure how it works, I would highly recommend reaching out to Southwest Eletric and Zach.
