  We got solar installed March of 2025. Was a fine experience in the beginning and we went with them because they offered a good price. But now we seem to still owe APS each month like $10-$50, which they said we shouldn’t owe anything because we should be storing up extra in the winter. We have been trying to get ahold of someone to come assess our usage and see if we need an extra panel or why we are still owing APS, and nobody is returning our phone calls or emails and it’s extremely frustrating. We also think we have birds nesting and they said they would come back and install bird fencing,

  Stay far away from this co. They will over sell you and pitch you an over priced under performing system. Also they will up their price on roof repair for kick backs.

  edit: July 2026 ... in September 25 I added 4 more panels (now 12 x 410w) and my power bills changed to $13 (min) and $103 (max). My annualized average bill is coming in at $47/m. Very happy with my experience with Green Muscle. They met my "odd" specification (owned solar and smaller panel count than typical/max possible ... installed to minimize visibility vs. maximize electric production) and communicated well throughout the design / install. A minor problem occurred during install causing unintended damage to a neighbor's awning. They squirmed a bit but in the end stood up and made things

  Answered my online request quickly and followed up with a phone call as well. Chris is an absolute customer service professional making sure scheduling worked for us, following a few days prior to the appointment to make sure we're still ready, then followed up once the technicians filed their reports. Highly recommended for those of us who inherited a solar system with our AZ home purchase and had the installation company go out of business.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
