    Mixed experience. The on-site crew was great, courteous, professional, and did high-quality work with solid craftsmanship. However, the overall cost structure felt disappointing, especially with the 10-year warranty. I was charged a substantial mandatory diagnostic fee even though I already knew exactly what the issue was. Then, there was an additional fee for the second visit to install the replacement part (which was covered under the manufacturer's warranty). In the end, the combined cost of those two service visits exceeded the price of buying a brand-new part outright. It would be helpful

    URGENT WARNING: BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I would rate them 0 stars! The salesman, who claimed to be the owner, was nothing but a BIG LIAR. I told him I met with numerous companies, and needed to get it right to avoid complications with my SKEPTICAL husband. He promised he was different from other salespeople and said all the right things to gain my trust. I was managing this process solo, and being vision impaired, I had him explain the contract in depth so I could understand the terms. I trusted him because he seemed sincere.     I had my units installed in 2014. Worked as expected. 2025 got a failure light on the inverter. Called and spoke to rep. Was told that manufacturers warranty would cover the work as long as it was not something caused by me. Also sent a small book to sign before the repair would be started. Signed the paperwork and after a few phone calls to get scheduled, that was start of frustration, finally workers showed up. After they completed work, by the way very nice workers, they said it was the connectors had failed. I talked with them and even said well good its not something I did. They agreed an

    Rich that they are asking for this review a day or two after not showing to a scheduled appointment and an email response asking for an update also hasn’t been responded to. The install team was very friendly and professional, but the project manager takes her time responding to my emails (if at all). I had to CC another employee to get a response and if she continues to not respond I guess I’m going to have to do it again. She was great in the pre sales experience, but I can’t help feel like once I signed the contract, she’s taken a back seat in responding and following up.

    Just had the experience of working with Bryce. He helped our family out in a pinch. The customer service was excellent and the communication was very helpful. Highly recommend.

    I want to thank Kelly, Manda, Bill and the whole team at Sun Valley Solar Solutions. They added an expansion pack to my existing system that was only about 3 months old. 2 days ago, my Powerwall went offline and troubleshooting with Tesla didn't work so they scheduled a tech to come out and the soonest was almost 2 months later at the end of July. I contacted Sun Valley and they were able to get someone out within 48 hours. Turns out I need a new expansion pack but I'm grateful for Sun Valley's support and helpfulness.
