    I purchased several panels and a mini split from them. After doing the install there was an issue with the outdoor unit. I had to pay to have an HVAC tech come out twice since they did not specify all of the information they needed to verify for the first visit. Even after they had confirmation that the issue was a manufacturing issue, it has still been several weeks without getting a replacement. Ive sent several messages this week without getting any responses. At this point its been over a month trying to sort things out. TLDR - Good experience with office staff for initial purchase, but cr

    Terrible communication and slow service. It took more than 3 weeks to fulfill my order. I had to send 3 emails (none of which received a reply) and call 4 separate times just to get this sorted out. Buyer beware if you expect decent customer service.

    Their web search advertises free shipping but at checkout there is a large shipping fee added

    The products are good, the customer service, not so much. Its hard to get ahold of a sales person and they will not call you back, but will assure that they will. I guess they have way too much business for the amount of staff or something. It’s quite frustrating to deal with these people!

    Shannon was very helpful at the front desk, Clayton, Johnathan and Nick Helped do what seemed impossible with loading a whole solar setup in a Prius wagon. Thank you all for your expertise and diligence.

    Shannon help me at the front office and got my order delivered to my truck quickly. The gentleman on the fork lift was very nice. San Tan's prices are great.
