Its one and two star share is 1 point above the typical installer in Arizona. Across Arizona, 118 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 154 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

They only give a shit about taking your money & they’re the good standard with that philosophy. They were great, responsive, communicative when getting solar installed. Believe the product is good. Since then, it’s been a pain. Believe my system could get little more power by moving a panel or two. They were close to impossible to touch base with & once I did, they didn’t bother entertaining the idea. To top it off, I’ve been trying to reach them so I can get information & documents to my real estate agent since I’m preparing to put my house on the market.

It appears this company has shut down ... unable to contact them by phone, the options go to three other solar companies, two of the numbers which are disconnected or are no longer in service. The other contact number I have has no answer. I purchased an addition to my system including a power wall and they contracted it to someone else who has been a straight up nightmare !! The third company is in business but also cannot reach them. Will follow up with the Registrar of Contractors and the BBB.

If zero stars could be left that is what I would have given. I purchased a $30k system less than 4 years ago that is no longer working. There is no actual person who answers calls. If you want to purchase a system, you get a voicemail. Otherwise, you are told to press #2 that hangs up on you if you have AZ Sun Services that is now another company that also fails to answer their phone or allow messages. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Time to start a class action lawsuit!!!!

Morgan was great help explaining how all programs work and his advice on which could be the better way to go waiting to see how everything plays out now. Now on to the next show...

Our representative Morgan Bell was very professional, courteous and personable. Mr. Bell was well equipped with answers to our questions and left us feeling very confident in our decisions. Well Done!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“system. With the variety of different financing options for solar, we take pride in saving…”

Its website also mentions warranty and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
