Very poor customer service. Leaky roof, panels do not operate most of the time. I have not save one penny. You will be paying for panels along with your regular energy bill. BUYER BEWARE:DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

working with this company has been a NIGHTMARE! The solar panels were installed. About 2 years later, APS comes to tell us the solar is not connecting to their systems. They check the fuse box and it sparks when touched. It took A MONTH to get someone to even LOOK at the issue and ANOTHER MONTH to get a crew to go and fix it; meanwhile, my house is a FIRE HAZARD. Now today, we realize there is still a fire hazard! The parts are fried in the fuse box and to get someone to even schedule an appointment is going to take 24-48 hours. I regret working with this company. THIS COMPANY DESERVES ZERO ST

It is unfortunate that Google doesnt allow you to leave ZERO stars. Extremely Poor Customer Service and Complete Lack of Communication Our experience with Elevation Solar has been incredibly frustrating. For several months, we have been attempting to contact the company regarding a service issue and have received virtually no response. We have left numerous voicemail messages, submitted multiple requests through the website's contact form, and replied to the automated text messages sent after each inquiry. Despite these repeated efforts, our calls and messages have gone unanswered. Approximate

Installation and inspections took from september when we signed the contract with multiple delays due to inspections with little to no contact in between. After everything was final “up and running” we got a notice the our service contract got sold from Palmeto to another company then sold to a third company. It also turned out that all the people we originally dealt with had been let go due to down sizing is what I was told by them. Yes I have there cell phone numbers. I tried to contact the owner via email no response! Do I need to have the panels removed to a lack of contract fulfillment or

We were sold an 80% offset system and after a few years it has never gotten close to 50% offset, we were told no more winter bills! our winter bills are usually over $100 with the added fees and prices for being a solar customer. (summer bills with the solar system are still 300-400 depending on the month). UPDATE: Solar panels still running strong and working to offset. With the insane SRP price increases for solar and everyone they have paid for themselves early.

Elevation Solar was excellent from the start! Great customer support and superb service from technician who came out, on time…in fact he was a bit early which was great…he fixed my issues, took his time and even went above and beyond to make sure I don’t experience issues in the future. Took lots of photos and then took time to explain his findings and the photos he took. I would highly recommend this company!! Thank you Elevation Solar for the great service!!

Elevation has been a pleasure to work with. From sale to installation everyone has been professional and delivered on what was discussed with no lag. After install support has also been provided and was excellent. I found a broken corner tile that may or may not have been from the install but when my roof warranty co punted saying it wasn’t their job to fix, Elevation did so without any fuss. Highly recommend this AZ local Co for your Solar business!

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
