Arizona Solar Wave

Each mark is one company we hold in Mesa whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Arizona Solar Wave is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

This company installed a solar system on my house in 2019 and hired a sub contractor to do a roof replacement at the same time. when the monsoon season started to hit this summer i noticed a leak had appeared and upon inspecting it during the storm i discovered there was a leak directly under where my panels are installed. I contacted Arizona solar waive and explained the problem. During that conversation they were quite insistent that they couldn't be responsible and ultimately gave me the name of their roof sub contractor. I scheduled an inspection by the sub contractor who showed up without

My intent with this review is to be fair and give others as much information as I can to make an informed decision. I tried to do my due diligence back in February when we started exploring solar panels, and AZ Solar Wave stood out — they had great reviews, competitive pricing, and had been in business for over 25 years, which made me feel confident in choosing them. Unfortunately, my experience has been different. We signed our original contract with AZ Solar Wave on March 3, with an estimated install window of April 29 to June 8. Things started off smoothly — within a couple of weeks, we had

Shady company. Rep that met with my wife was a jerk, price was super low and willing to meet other companies price without knowing what they offered. Willing to sell at the bottom. Stay away. Get what you pay for.

Have had a great experience with this company, great customer service and high expertise in solar panels. Shopped around a bit and found this to be the best option and glad we went with them!

Great experience with Solar Wave. Clear communication during the entire process from design to inspection with city/APS. Quick installation by team after we got our permits approved. Very happy with the end product with solar panels, battery, and EV charger.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Financing

“simple with our team of consultants, financing options, installers, and our entire dedicated…”

• Family owned

“green energy needs. We are a local, family-owned, and operated business providing…”

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate and years in business, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
