Its one and two star share is 1 point above the typical installer in Scottsdale. Across Arizona, 148 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 98 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Scottsdale whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Arizona Custom Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I've changed my rating from five stars to one. First, the computer program that AZ Custom Solar used to determine my solar needs indicated that I needed 18 panels to cover my energy costs. I bought 22 just in case my electricity use went up in the future. It turns out that 22 panels are just enough to cover my electric costs if I keep the AC at 83 degrees F. The Solar installation company that AZ Custom Solar used, Titan, went bankrupt. I understand that we all lost money and the contract was breached but when it came to answering questions about the litigation and how we can recover from the

Arizona Custom Solar did an outstanding job installing our Powerwalls. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. 3 weeks start to finish. The team was professional, communicated well, showed up on time, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the system has been performing exactly as expected. If you're considering solar or backup battery, I highly reccomend Arizona Custom Solar. Great experience all around!

I had a Tesla powerwall 3 installed by Arizona Custom Solar, and the entire experience was excellent. Jake made the process incredibly easy, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure everything was handled professionally. The installation team was on time, the work was clean, and they took the time to answer all of my questions before leaving. I feel much more prepared with backup power and couldn’t be happier with the result. If you’re considering a battery I’d highly recommend Arizona custom solar and Jake. Amazing experience!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“high-quality solar services for over 15+ years. Our team of experts is dedicated to…”

Its website also mentions financing, warranty, free estimate and 24/7 availability, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
