Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in Scottsdale. Across Arizona, 172 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 31 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

The team who installed my replacement back up battery were outstanding. They thoroughly answered all questions I had. They also took the time to educate me about my system. Would highly recommend them to any who asked me about them.

The company that installed my solar panel system in Tucson was unresponsive when I encountered a problem. Chris & Dave to the rescue! They were attentive, caring and immediately responsive. Dave kept me fully appraised at every step of the process, from initial diagnostics through final resolution. The problem turned out to be a failed inverter. Dave handled getting specifics of my system from TEP (Tucson Electric Power), obtained a replacement inverter under warranty from the manufacturer and coordinated installation, which required technicians commuting from Phoenix to Tucson for each site v

I cannot say enough good things about Sunny Energy RX. They went above and beyond to help me get a new inverter Installed on a tight deadline. They came out within 48 hours to diagnose the problem. And then took the lead from there! Dave responded quickly and efficiently to all of my many questions, was very patient and kind. Sunny Energy Was a great liaison between the city and SRP, Dave explained the whole process in detail, and walked me through what to expect. I would definitely recommend Sunny Energy RX.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Free estimate

“your panels back on track. Step 01 Free Consultation Tell us about your solar system…”

  • Established

“& Maintenance Experts in Arizona Since 2008, more than 1,000 solar installers…”

  • Years in business

“long-term system performance. With over 17 years of hands-on experience in…”

Its website also mentions warranty, licensed and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Scottsdale is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
