Its one and two star share is 12 points above the typical installer in Scottsdale. Across Arizona, 66 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 58 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Scottsdale whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Omni Power is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

This a company with compromised ethics and predatory sales. Stay far away

I would have given a -5 if that was option. I wouldn't recommend working with this community to my worst enemy. The initial meeting now in hindsight was pile of nothing wrapped in a shiny bow. Will D. is who we met with and signed with and promised the world and delivered nothing. Our systems is now installed on two homes and both have never delivered the power it was promised and one in fact doesn't even work half the time. But because when you sign with Omni Power you are just pawned off to Our World Energy, Will doesn't take a call now, and I have called the main line to speak with someone

What part of please take me off your list do you people not understand. I have called your office 2 or 3 times, told the person knocking on my door to have us removed from any call list, and posted no trespassing signs that obviously your people have been instructed to ignore. Your company has ignored any and all requests to cease any future contact. If I for some incredible reason decided I may be in need of solar I guarantee that Omni Power would be the last place I would consider contacting. I hope someone in this company actually monitors these reviews and passes this review up the chain o

Ryan was great and clearly knowledgeable about his profession. Would recommend to anyone looking for energy services!

Although I rent, Ryan was nice enough to take the time to educate me on solar. I would definitely call him when I buy my own home!

Colton shared every detail I needed to know to help me make a decision about adding solar to my house. He answered my questions and even honestly admitted when he didn't know the answer. There was only 1 question he had to seek help with from others on the team. I enjoyed his personality and friendliness.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“save with solar today! We also offer financing options and are committed to making solar…”
  • Warranty

“are backed by a 25-year performance warranty. Get A Quote Are you interested in…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
