On Point Solar Power

Each mark is one company we hold in the Cave Creek area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. On Point Solar Power is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Stay away from these people they are horrible. They did my roof and my Solar. I’ve experienced two bad interactions with them. My roof is still leaking. My Solar still not fully operational. They do not communicate or contact you back. You cannot call and speak to anyone only text, they use pressure tactics to get you to commit with promises of saving money which I never did. Still have an electric bill and a solar bill now

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Communication has been extremely poor. I asked multiple times for assistance setting up my account and for help tracking my solar production and usage. Months have gone by without any meaningful response or follow-up. I also feel the system I was sold was extremely undersized for my needs, despite their experts advising it was correct (I now pay for the panels and an electricity bill). And the financing was presented in a way that I believe was misleading. While I take responsibility for signing the loan documents, I don’t feel the overal

⭐☆☆☆☆ I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other homeowners should know about my experience with On Point Solar Power. After my solar system was installed, I began experiencing issues with my home’s main electrical panel. I hired a licensed Arizona electrical contractor to perform an independent inspection. According to the written report, the main panel is unsafe and hazardous, the breaker buss plate retainers have melted, portions of the breaker melted onto the bussing, and the entire panel now needs to be replaced. The electrician specifically identified the failure of the two-pole 4

I recently got my solar panels back in October of 2025. Everything is great as far as the panels go so far. But on the sales side I was promised a rebate check after the finance went through like other people in my neighborhood, I’ve been waiting since November for my rebate check and haven’t been able to get a response at all. Seems like everyone has gotten their check but I still haven’t been able to get mine. I need someone to reach out to me about this please

They did good and bad at the same time they put the solar panels but it took a long time

Adrian and crew did a good clean job in setting up this new power wall and then explaining how it all intergrates.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

“with an unmatched 10-year roof leak warranty. Am I going to have two monthly bills…”

• Free estimate

“solar potential now! We'll get you a free quote in less than 60 seconds. Let's get…”

• Family owned

“the fact that On Point is local and family owned. Great experience from top to bottom…”

• It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
