Its one and two star share is 8 points above the typical installer in Phoenix. Across Arizona, 73 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 23 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

My Boyfriend Irving R. applied for solar. We have received a call from collections of the amount of $4,907.61 for breach of contract which did not happen at all . The loan isn't fully canceled till the 25th of October so I don't understand why I am getting a call from collections on your behave, I have not received any notice besides the email . Your company has not been professional with us as a client. Steven advised us to cancel the loan in order to add 5 extra panels he did not clarify that if I was not approved the second time around that we would have to pay a breach of contract. If his

When we initially got the panels customer service was good. However, we have been trying to get ahold of Steve since February about the window screens that we never received and are paying for. I've called and sent Steve many messages since February and still no answer. I feel that this is unprofessional from his behave.

Not a good company, they lied to my wife and put her in a high interest program. The owner was very rude and condescending when I tried to cancel, looking at his reviews most you can tell are faked. Very pushy and unprofessional. When we tried to cancel they tried to charge us 5,000 dollars ! We were able to call the finance company and cancel the loan out DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT

These guys installed solar at my grocery shop and I noticed the difference in monthly expenses almost immediately. One worker even helped move some heavy storage boxes before starting because my staff was short-handed that day. Small gesture, but it showed they actually cared about customers.

I didn’t end up installing solar on my house, but speaking with Steve was incredibly helpful in making that decision. He was upfront and honest from the start and walked me through the drawbacks of installing solar with SRP as our electricity provider. Before speaking with Steve, I was lied to by a door to door solar sales person. I’m really thankful that I spoke to Steve afterwards and that he was more interested in helping to inform me, than making a sale. Steve has also put in the effort to create a ton of educational content about solar on his website. I definitely recommend for anyone con

Steve was amazing to work with and always kept us up to date with the process!

  • pricing 4
  • solar insight 3
  • solar application 3
  • install 2
  • consultation 2

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“solar production. Choose stable financing options for a consistent monthly payment…”
  • Warranty

“significantly over time. 25-Year Warranty Finally, your solar system is covered…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Angi. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
