    Had one of their salesman come to our door while canvassing our new build neighborhood. He was polite but very pushy as I had said three times I didn't want any solar but he would just keep talking. I hate to be rude so I let him finish. But still don't like getting the scared tactics of APS rising prices etc. I had solar before as it was nice for lower bills I never recovered the cost of installing them and Sun Power went out of business 2yrs ago so the how warranty etc was a mess. Again remind your salesman walk through neighborhoods if someone says no it means no and move on. For this reaso

    DO NOT BUY SOLAR FROM THIS COMPANY — COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED I am 100% dissatisfied with this entire experience from beginning to end. If I could go back and do it all over again, I would absolutely not choose this company. One of the very first questions I asked the salesman was whether there was a contract, a long-term commitment, or any strings attached. I specifically asked because I wanted to make sure we weren’t locking ourselves into something we didn’t fully understand. His answer was very clear: “No. There is no contract and no strings attached.” That was a bold-faced lie. There is, i

    Not only were we sold a bill of goods that we would be saving all this money (our last bill we owed SRP over $500 on top of our OWE bill) but their customer service is also terrible. Good luck getting any updates from them the lines are always busy and they hardly ever return calls. You want an update on an ongoing issue? lol that’s not happening. I wish I never signed a contract with these people they’ve made this experience miserable and expensive.

    First off all, my hat is off to Jeff who was our sales rep and the installers who did an absolutely amazing job. I can't say enough positive things about them. However, the project management was far less than I expected. I cannot count the number of times I emailed and texted the project manager and got no reply at all. Even if the response is "I don't know the answer but I'll look into" it, it is better than silence. Eventually I contacted Jeff and he graciously researched and was able to answer my questions. I had to do this on multiple occasions to get any information at all. And still the

    Our World Energy was a very good company to work with on my solar project. Everyone was very knowledgeable from the first sales meeting to the construction team. My project manager Eds was terrific and very helpful all along the way. She kept me informed and in the loop at all times
