Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Phoenix. Across Arizona, 138 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 500 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Sales men harassed me after I told them I signed with a different company they came back to my door twice ignored my no soliciting sign, called me to convince me to break my contract, then texted my husband to tell him everything I said to them and to try to sway him to go against his wife! Take no for an answer I don’t trust this money hungry vulture company now and I will tell everyone about this. This is not okay behavior for a company.

I have a no soliciting sign and I get a visit every day twice a day by your employees. Please do not resort to harassing people to purchase your solar. I have attached a copy of my sign for training purposes. Thank you.

Install went well however we were told that we could use the energy credit around 19k on anything we wanted (vacation, give to our kids etc.) It is a credit that we couldn’t use because we don’t owe that much in taxes. So we’re out the 19k.

My partner and I installed our solar panels in 2019 the battery set up available was not going to fit our needs and decided to wait. Here we are in 2025 im walking through Lowes i was greeted by a bright homes rep. I brush him off as we already had solar, he mentioned batteries & cought my attention we began talking about it & I invited him to my home so we can discuss it further, a different rep shows up i believe his name is Nathan. We talk & he tells me the benefits of the new power wall 3 & how it would run whole home instead of dedicated circuits. At this point we start talking numbers &

We have had an outstanding experience with Bright Home for our solar project. They kept us informed from initial contact to completed installation on what to expect and when. The workers who came were professional and patient. They told us what they were going to do . Then they did that perfectly. Austin has been great at communicating and helping us navigate the process. I am pleased with this whole endeavor.

Bright Home Energy is one of the best solar business's here in Phoenix. They have a great crew and everyone is so nice and friendly and do an excellant job installing the solar panels and also when they add the battery system. We were assigned Austin to be our go to if we had any questions and so forth and he was the greatest to talk to as he was always so pleasant and cheerful and is my favorite person to talk to on the phone with. The owner, Tyler, was also very nice and pleasant. It is a great company.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“it Production monitored. Performance guaranteed. Real-time output to your phone. A…”
  • Years in business

“my roof first? If your roof has more than 8 years of life left, you're fine. If it's…”

Its website also mentions insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
