    And how are you going to make me remove my comment? Isn’t freedom of speech part of 1st amendment? Going solar was the worst decision as solar companies are going bankrupt so make me remove my comment Just frustrated we get the run around and salespeople that sell you something that is good but end up with headaches at the end So no I will not take down my post

    Absolutely the worst experience ever!! I had a SunPower system installed in 2019, less than a year after I remodelled my house. First they built me a system that was the wrong size - it only covers 50% of my electricity costs whereas I expected the system to cover 100%+ of my electricity costs. Now less than 5 years later, I find out my roof needs to be replaced, which SunPower said was in good shape and not in need of repair/replacement anytime soon. Fine - I accept responsibility I should have done better homework on my roof and not trust a solar company to tell me whether my roof was in goo

    Oh, were to start. The beginning I guess. The salesman, although knowledgeable about what he's selling and initially polite, there seems to be a fall off on the quality of service follow-up after the papers are signed. Also be extremely cautious of offers. We were told that after financing our package, we would have no payments for 15 months, to allow us to file our taxes and use to tax credit money to pay down the loan. Nope, two months after the panel install is complete your 1st payment is due. The major problem was the half truths, such as when they send you the "panel design" on your roof

    we are happy with the fact we went solar and we are definitely saving money in the long run ,plus it is good for the environment. our break even will be approximately eight years. what we do not like is the fact that we had two cells go out for over 6 months without notice and once repairs were requested the company gave us a very hard time and they wanted to charge us $300 for repairs with a 25 year warranty on a system which was new and only operational for less then 30 days. it took two many hours and phone calls to get the repairs completed. system appears to be good , service questionable

    Greg at PGT Home Energy Solutions is great!!! I didn't realize that a solar system without a battery is incomplete until Greg helped me!!! I am currently generating 99% of my power! If you have solar panels without a battery, you are missing out on energy independence and true savings!!!

    Entire process is smooth, price is reasonable and sales representative explained based on my need. I recommend Sun Power to others.

    Had a great experience working with SunPower. Our installers were clean and efficient, and the power we are generating right now is incredible with no issues.
