Envision Solar Inc

Each mark is one company we hold in Phoenix whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Envision Solar Inc is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! Great company up front when they are selling you their product but don't expect any customer service once they have been paid. My new Solar system has been malfunctioning and now they won't return calls or answer their phones. SO much for a lifetime warranty.

Envision owes us a rebate check. We’ve been trying to get an update on it for months now. Sent another update this morning, got an email that they closed the business.

This company and their contractors have dragged out a simple job for over 5 months. Now that I've submitted photos of damages and improperly done work they will not return a call or communicate. The last communication was a threat of "breach of contract if anyone inspects the work". They have done significant damage and refuse to acknowledge or address it. Holes in walls, loose wires, wiring left exposed, components installed and not connected, the list goes on. Add to that, the sales rep acknowledged that it was hack work and "would escalate it to the owner" all 100% B.S. No follow up with ad

Except for the leaving of nails in our yard, was a great experience until it was time for them to own up to their incentives. No solar payments turned into possibly 3 months of payments. Waiting for the incentive now approximately 3 months after going live. Contact rep, got a “contact this person.” Contacted that person, got a “don’t have it yet and don’t have a timeline.” Asked for update and nothing until I asked for a supervisor who then said “oh it takes 90-120 days for checks to be cut and sent.” Was not told in the beginning that a check needs to be issued for the incentive to give to th

The crew showed up just after sunrise and immediately got to work without wasting half the morning talking. They finished faster than expected and cleaned every bit of packaging before leaving. I like that the panels blend nicely with the roof instead of looking bulky or awkward.

I had a great experience working with Ryan from Envision Solar Inc. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without any pressure, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free！

Working with Envision Solar Inc was great, the only thing that was missing was a little bit clearer and more communication. But overall, great experience.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
