    Got them on the phone long enough to charge me $200 to set up my account, then they ghosted me for the inverter replacement. I’ve been waiting for weeks, regularly calling and emailing their office staff and support on a common thread. I don’t want to deal with a company this unreliable.

    If I could give Nerd Power zero stars, I would. They don’t deserve even one star. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, the level of professionalism was far below what anyone should expect from a solar company. Communication was poor, promises were not followed through on, and there seemed to be very little accountability when issues arose. I dealt with Gabe Kane during the process and was left frustrated by the lack of follow-up and commitment to resolving concerns. The company talks a good game when they’re trying to make a sale, but in my experie

    Are these guys still in business? I've been trying to get ahold of them for over two months to have some warranty work completed. They acknowledged the issue in early April but won't confirm next steps. The phone rings until it goes to a voice mail, nobody returns my calls.

    Their sales department was great…the install was quick. They severely lack in communication and customer service. Had to follow up a lot to get things done and understand where the project stood. I give the customer service a 0.

    Nicely done, clean and quick, crew was amazing and I will definitely recommend to everyone I can. I knew in my gut I should have never gotten Solar or new roof . Insurance went up, solar costs will go up. Should have went with my gut. Bad move for my retired Life extra expense’s. I will have to sell my house in the foreseeable future,. Hard lesson learned.
