Its one and two star share is 14 points above the typical installer in the Cave Creek area. Across Arizona, 24 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 21 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

0% rated 1–2★30%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Cave Creek area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Freedom Forever is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Don’t do it… just DON’T DO IT! You’ll end up paying for a ridiculously high electricity bill along with a system that doesn’t even work!!!! After installing our solars with two different companies, almost consecutively, both turned out to be worthless investments. To add insult to injury, the electric bill is literally the same it was before installation. If anything it’s higher!! I’ve called the company about the panels not working and I’m forwarded to an Ai system. Unbelievable…You want to speak to a human, good luck. You’re getting no answers. We even talked to the guy at Lowe’s who introdu

Company built upon scams, fraudulent practices and misleading practices. Pushy sales (presenting themselves as representatives of Sunrun, a leasing company vs who they actually are) and given pretty presentations showing how a system expansion could result in no power bills. The reality? disconnections of the main system for months, wildly increased bills (both the solar and the APS bills have gone up, our overall energy costs are now up 40% per kwhr before the salesman stepped in my door) not including the 5 months my initial system was off for construction of the secondary. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I just recently came onboard with the solar project. I should have known better than go with this bankrupt company. They are quick to get your money and return nothing. Their customer service is totally in the negative. The waiting time is always over an hour and resolution was never established. Now, I am bound to this idiocy and have to pay for this service that probably will not go into effect. Therefore, do your homework before you sign a contract for any company especially a solar company. Consequently, I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

Best company, there customer support is always on point! I’ve had 2 houses get solar from freedom Forever! There’s a reason why they always get the job they are the ones who give out the best deals

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“– on TOP of your system’s standard warranty! If your system produces less power…”

Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
