Spoke with Dennis Alessandro, he gave an astronomically high bid, which is completely unethically priced for a job. 60k for 15 kw system with 2 batteries is abhorrent. I hope people search him and don’t get taken advantage of. When I respectfully discussed this with him he became nasty, condescending, and disrespectful, saying he had been doing this 16 years etc. Buyer beware!!!! Continued following response on 7/12/2026: This response from Harmon Solar is exactly why I left my review in the first place. After hearing that I had a bad experience with one of their representatives, their first m

We started in March/April and took a few weeks to get started. I was promised it would be operating in mid June. Then before July 4th it’s now July 18 and still at least a week away. I had a new upgraded panel put in and I was told 3.5% on visa etc. ok I understand that. I paid through Applepay. No fee for either party and it’s instant. Well they still charged me $70. Cameron says it’s a new policy. We charge that no matter how you pay. May 28 2025 Cameron leaves me a message. We down to the last inspection. 7 weeks and no inspection yet.

Pushy salesman! I would never use this company as long as they employ these types of people.

Recently Harmon Electric was sent to our home for repairs from our solar provider. From start to finish we were so pleased with customer service staff by phone and email, great communication and professional, kind staff! Jacob Doyle and Vincent Guzman were the electricians sent to our home. They spent over 8 hours in 110 degrees, and were as pleasant and efficient than you’d imagine working in the sun on this hot day. My husband put out folding chairs for them to cool down in the garage, and we supplied water and Gatorade. The messy and unsafe wiring the solar company (not Harmon) had created

Dennis was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He helped me decide to put solar in and I’d highly recommend using him and Harmon Solar. Great pricing too!

Ryker has been absolutely amazing, he has helped us design out complete off-grid solar set up. As of today we have everything to run our homestead 100% solar!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
