Pep Solar highly disappointed us. We first paid the deposit in 9/24/24 and again an additional payment on 6/9/25; despite paying for service, they have not installed the solar panels and are now uncommunicative. We may be forced to take legal action to request a refund. Beware this company. Bonnie, if you see this, we are open to mediation; however, we are not happy with all of your company’s false promises on delivering solar to our property.

Pep installed our Stion solar system in October 2017 almost 7 years ago with a 25 year manufacture warranty except the Stion company filled for bankruptcy so I have no warranty on my panels. My panels are not producing what they should produce and breaking down with brown spots everywhere. The whole system has to be replaced .Pep does not have any panels for replacement and can't do anything for us. We are out 55k with them. Who else has Stion panels with these problems

Pep will not honor their 25 year warranty. For more than 4 years now, I have had issues with my system that Pep will not take care of. Pep says the company who manufactured the part was bought by another company and Pep won't replace my parts with anything similar. I went with Pep because they claimed being one of the oldest, most reputable companies in the business but they won't offer me any alternatives. They have done nothing but tell me to file a claim against the other company. Edit for reply: I am a customer, I only have had a last name change. I have been corresponding with your compan

Although, the final solar system went flawlessly, I'm still a bit bewildered as to why it was needed. When paying for my warranty in 2020, a price tag of $300, I would think you would of warned me of the manufacturing company was out of business. Surely you knew that the panels were failing. And again when I had to replace panels, at a price tag of $500 a piece, you knew that you were giving me a defective product. I do appreciate you making the offer to replace the whole system at your cost and Mike and Goran were wonderful to work with. I now have a functioning system and happy that the whol

We were very fortunate to find Pep Energy to guide us through our solar power choices. As a homeowner, there’s a learning curve in understanding the process, products, and cost effectiveness of such an investment. The information we needed was presented very straightforwardly with an ease of understanding what we were getting into. We are very pleased with our solar system and the cost benefits we have gotten from the decisions they’ve helped us with.

PEP solar was the only provider we could find in the area who offered a heat pump and solar design we were looking for. The pre-work and install was pretty painless. We were impressed how quickly PEP moved, they were able to get the heat pump installed within a few weeks of us first reaching out to them. PEP will file for the permits needed and once everything is approved it only takes a day or two for the equipment to be installed. We had a minor issue with our pool system once this was installed, mainly due to pressure but was easily corrected. Pep Solar stepped in and helped us navigate the
