Its one and two star share is 5 points below the typical installer in Phoenix. Across Arizona, 172 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 54 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I can not praise Watt Masters enough! This company's service has been well above and beyond our expectations. Our solar system was failing to generate. I called our original installer for help and was told they don't do residential anymore. I tried calling other solar repair places and couldn't get anyone to help us. Then I called Watt Masters and was very pleased. I spoke with a human instead of a robot. Tom was very kind and sincere in answering my questions and getting a technician out to the house within 48 hours. The tech arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our techni

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“experience is our goal. 03 Quality, Guaranteed. Feeling confident about your…”

  • Family owned

“on." Over 100 years later, our local family-owned company has remained one of the best…”

  • Years in business

“with a quality they can depend on." Over 100 years later, our local family-owned company…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, established, bonded, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
