Solar FIX LLC

Each mark is one company we hold in Cave Creek whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar FIX LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Unfortunately company was sold awhile ago and the new people fried my inverter when I paid to rewire part of my system and I had to pay another company to install a new one..

Had a horrible experience with the company and it’s employees. Back in September they had me sign a contract that stated I would be getting solar coverage and they would be changing my solar converters which they did not complete. They said it was a scheduling error which I understood and waited for them to install. They didn’t change them. They stated that it was another scheduling error as they let go of the person who was in charge of that. The first week they left my solar panels off after I had the roof worked on. After the work was done the solar system was still kept off. If I hadn’t no

SolarFIX was amazing. Rubin came to diagnose the problem and in about a week the inverter was replaced. Great job. He even repaired and painted my wall. Without the repair my APS bill went from $12.00 to $200.00 in one month. I love my SolarFIX and SolarFIX. Eric was a great communicator.

They helped me so much getting my solar back online. Did a great job removing and reinstalling my panels.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

“the life of your system and keep the warranty and warranty in place and avoid small…”

• 24/7 availability

“solar with comprehensive maintenance, 24/7 monitoring, and VIP priority service.”

• Better Business Bureau

“Look up online reviews together with Better Business Bureau ratings to evaluate potential…”

Its website also mentions bonded, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Instagram, X, YouTube and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Cave Creek is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
