Its one and two star share is 9 points above the typical installer in the Cave Creek area. Across Arizona, 46 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 354 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

****Updated 1-8-25*** This solar is the gift that keeps on giving. They did not properly wire our hot water heater. It burned up other wires in the electrical panel. Lucky our new house did not catch fire. I think the owner should be held liable for screwing so many families out of the things we were promised and damages he created. Picture of our electrically panel below. ***Updated 4-22-2023*** Our solar has been on for a month, however, they only gave us 17 kw of power, not the 22.62kw power they promised us. So, we are paying for a 22.62kw system, but only have 17kw system and they do not

UPDATE ** Erus Energy went bankrupt. I can no longer get any answers or service. I did research, and it is not good. Since all of the permits were issued to Erus Energy, no solar installer will want to work on my system. I called the manufacturer of the parts of the solar panels, and luckily, all of the components were made by the same company. The manufacturer will warranty the components for 10 yrs but not service or production of energy. Yes, everyone at Erus is very friendly, and when you call customer service, they are very professional and helpful, however, friendliness has nothing to do

Well it started out ok. We were told that they would upgrade our electric panel because from the beginning we told them that we have an EV and wanted to charge from home. When they came to install the installers knew nothing about upgrading the panel that we were charged for. The installers moved our breakers around (what each one went to) to make room for the solar panels. Now we don’t have one available to be able to charge from home until we upgrade our panel which we will do once we get our refund. So we got over them not doing what they said. They told us that they only upgrade the panels

The sales lady was 10/10 very knowledgeable could answer or get the answers. Where you lost the job was the finance person got to pushy and wanted information to make her job easier. I felt like she was pressuring to signed the contract right then

I had to call Erus Energy just for some info and I spoke with Adriana, she took the time to look up some stuff and explained patiently. That's pretty great!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
