  Frustrating experience , shameful bad service , we are hooked with a 55000$ loan for installations of roof panels and back up battery in our garage and after 6 months nothing is working , SRP confirmed no solar generation and we are stuck with paying loan and big electric bills . And no one from this company is coming to look at the connections after months and months of asking them to do that they barely respond and found excuses . Good luck getting Scammed from universal solar direct ! On to legal procedures !

  We had solar put in and per contract they said any leaks from solar panels they would fix. Well got a leak. They had a company out to fix it but was still leaking. When we called multiple times again they said they wouldn't fix it. So we paid ourselves to have a roofing company fix it. Our roofing company said it wasn't fixed properly and leaking through 3 bolts. Now have no leaks. When we reached out to them with pictures and statement from our roofing company they still denied to reimburse us stating they don't honor our warranty since we had another company fix it. Extremely disappointed In

  I just received an unprofessional cold call from a supposed rep from this company. It could have been a scammer posing as this company but they used all their information. Once I mentioned the "do not call registry" the tone changed and they became offensive.
