Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Scottsdale. Across Arizona, 155 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 86 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Scottsdale whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Outbound Power is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Horrible experience with these people, they offer items on their website that are not in stock, spoke with a very rude and unprofessional manager a female that does not understand the meaning of de-escalation, a very important role of a supposed manager, she refused to assist me with my order stating she would have the associate call me back about the order, this being the very man Anthony who has not responded to email or called back after stating he would previously, I’m just getting the runaround and now they are refusing a refund based on policy, when the only reason I want a refund is bas

Ordered item that never shipped even when I was told that it would. Cancelled the order and they have not refunded my money. Yes, the apparently process the payment in full even when they don't have product to ship. My bank says that no refund has been originated by them for the refund. Will be processing this as a fraudulent charge. I assume all the 5 star reviews are generated fraudulently as there is no way this is a legitimate business.

A price that was almost too good to be true but I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. These guys are legit and wonderful to do business with. No worries to be had here. I will definitely shop here again.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty and better business bureau, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on YouTube, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
