  After completing all of the initial steps, I was scheduled for a 6/22/26 install. However, that date changed several times and ended up not happening until 7/10/26. On install day, the installers couldn’t replace two smoke detectors because they couldn’t reach them and someone had to come back to install them. The installers also couldn’t program the smoke alarm monitor which still shows the wrong date and time.

  Very poor, they took a long time and when done they didn't turned them on I thougth for 6 months that my panels were on but due to their negligence we got charged more than 3k in power to edison and Tesla did not want to reinmburse their techs are rookies naive and so unprofessional

  Quick service for being a time of year and cheaper than other options. One area of note was that when they did the install, they hit one of my power wires inside my house. It tripped a breaker and happened when they were installing. The installers were not able to find the issue but I had to call out an electrician to the house to troubleshoot this and found that a screw had gone through the outside of the house where the Power Wall is.   The installers worked on our two story home where the roof pitch made access difficult, but they still completed the photovoltaic installation faster than I expected. They explained how the optimizer system would help with partial shading from nearby trees and answered questions without rushing through the conversation. During the project I noticed the foreman checking measurements carefully before each panel was secured, which gave the job a more professional feeling.   they did a solar panel upgrade at our house after we added a new air conditioning unit and wanted more energy offset from the utility company. the process was mostly smooth and the install team explained how the microinverters worked in simple terms that made sense for us. i noticed they checked the mounting rails several times before attaching the panels which gave me confidence in the workmanship. there was a little delay with inspection paperwork but it did not turn into a major issue. after activation our electric bill started dropping within the first month and the monitoring app updates
