Solar Scrub

Each mark is one company we hold in the Kingsburg area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar Scrub is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

My appointment was for 9:30 in the morning. At 10:45 I tried to call solar scrub. But the mailbox was full. I Won’t do business with them again.

Asked for estimate, employee needs to work on his customer service, I wanted to know more information on how they clean the panels & instead of explaining he ask “ARE YOU TRYING TO SCHEDULE OR NOT” Rude & really unprofessional. Feel relieved I didn’t go with this company, solar scrub business name really fits them, customer sounded like a scrub. Thank you 👍🏽

Do not do any service with this business as they are very unprofessional. I called earlier this week to setup an appointment and I was told they would be at my house on Wednesday to clean my solar panels at 9am. I changed my plans for the day since I was expecting someone to show up. No one show up, no one called to say they wouldn’t make it, and none of my calls were answered. I refuse to do business with people like this, which is why I went with A1 Solar Cleaning instead. I encourage any one looking into this business to look elsewhere unless you want your time to be wasted.

I've perused the reviews here, and Jonathan obviously has an overall good business. The bad reviews I saw were primarily the result of scheduling and poor communication. This was my experience: Solar Scrubbers scheduled to be at my home on Friday at 12:00 noon, so I arranged my day to be home at that time. When no one showed by 1:00 PM, I gave Jonathan a call. He said he was running late and could be there later in the afternoon (around 6:00 PM). I declined, and he then wanted to schedule for the following week. I declined again. Then he said he could be here in half an hour, so I waited. When

John from Solar Scrub provided great service for me; the price, I believe, was right, and the service was outstanding. Would recommend to family and friends.

Jon came out to my house exactly when he said he would and went above and beyond with our job. Pigeons had been nesting for years so you can imagine the mess. He noticed other areas of the roof that needed “bird proofed” and also did that work for us! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Jonathan did an AMAZING job cleaning my solar panels. He even alerted me to an issue with the wiring which meant my panels weren’t working. He was able to fix it all! He is going to be one of my first calls for solar and other electrical issues. Very happy!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.
