Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Fresno. Across California, 670 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 441 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

My panels use to be scheduled two times per year. Now I have to call to schedule. And now they missed my scheduled cleaning by two days. No call, nothing. Guess I will have to call them AGAIN.

Beware!! Communication was good until they got paid. I use to get updates on my project until they got paid and then it just stopped. They would even change appointments or not show up without calling or informing me. They left a bunch of trash on my yard and roof after install. I cleaned up the yard already and the ones I can reach on my roof but there’s still trash up there that I couldn’t reach. I’ve been trying to get them to come out with no luck. They haven’t even showed me how the system works until now. There’s also pipes now on my roof and ground stakes on the side of my yard that loo

The guys that came out did a great job! They took lots of care when getting on my roof. The panels look amazing. Thank you to Katherine for everything. She got me scheduled and reassured me that the crew would carefully inspect, clean and I would get a report on their visit. Update: Stopped using this company after I had several broken tiles. They were the only company that has ever been on my roof. I was given several free cleanings and never redeemed them.

This was probably the worst service I have received in my life. I had a fault on one of my inverters that I needed a professional to diagnose the problem. First I had to call them back twice just to get the appointment set up. Then they made a point to say their fee was $175. I thought a little high but if they could diagnose and fix the problem great. Well the technician shows up stays for 1 hour said he is out of time and couldn't find the problem. Left with wires dangling and no resolution. They email a bill the next morning but no follow up call. Once again I have to call them. They said t

Just had Justin Beck in my home discussing the whole solar panel thing. He made understanding the value, the process and the installation very easy to understand. He has also been very clear and accurate about following up services. I would highly recommend him and his staff. Every person whom I have had interaction with at this company has been very kind and professional. Again, highly recommend.

Solar Maintenance Pros cleaned my 53 panels this past week. As usual they were on time and worked efficiently. And I just looked at my app to see production and the change is amazing. The blue bars show what I imported from the grid and yellow bars show what I sent to the grid. It's easy to tell when they came.

It was easy to call and schedule the appointment. They called to confirm the day before and also called when they were on their way the day of. After they were done, they emailed me a report with pictures of my panels before and after they cleaned them. Great job!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
