    A very unprofessional Bright House sales person came to my house today to try to sell me a battery. The conversation started with "Do you have a battery?" No, introduction or identification. I said a battery? What kind of battery? I thought it was a random person or neighbor asking for a AA battery or something. Then he said no, a battery for your house. I was very confused because I have no idea what a house battery is. He wasn't knowledgeable about the battery or how the system worked other than it saves you money. He also didn't have a business card or website to check. It was all very sket

    Horrible experience. I couldn’t add further evidence on my previous review but here is the evidence of Brighthouse’s work. Please do not go with this solar company too much risk and lies. Also not to mention the worst issue I’ve been paying for a year and not one cent has gone towards principle. They manipulated the numbers so well the bank said I would be being until the year 2030 before any principle would show. So I had to empty my savings to pay the system outright.

    Hello Army Veteran here, everyone that works here is kind and professional. However, we are not paying for that we are paying for quality work and equipment. I had my solar and batteries installed in June 2025. It was producing energy however the batteries remained inoperable. It took over 100 days and 4 different visits before the batteries were operating on October 1st. The company has also signed me up for a program called SGIP that offered a rebate for individuals who live in a high fire zone. After the company filed this for me it has been over a month with no evidence the application has

    Big fan of this company and the people! Josh and Thomas really made sure I knew what i was signing up for and ensured I got the best deal possible. Respectful and informative!

    Bright house owner has been more then helpfull in a situation that occured.. they have helped me get to the source of the issue and insured me they would do what the could to help me out in getting a resolution to our problem

    Cisco and Eli were absolutely amazing. They are extremely hard workers and did an amazing job installing my solar battery. But, Shawn were not as conscientious as Cisco and Eli were. Cisco showed up for an appointment that Shawn, bothered to contact me. I was totally surprised. The last phone call I got was from the office receptionist, and that was at least 2 weeks ago. Needless to say, I was not a very happy customer!!! I do want to reiterate that if it wasn’t for Cisco and Eli, and all the hard work they did for me, I am a 76 year old widow, I have softened somewhat in my opinion of this co
