  Scam callers hang up on you when you ask questions

  No communication! We got approved for their loan and told a start date that they moved due to weather several times and than stopped communicating. Alex won't respond to any of our text or calls for nearly 2 months. If they can't do the job why not just say it. We don't feel comfortable giving our information to a company with false promises and than disappears. It almost sounds like fraud! Now we have to really monitor our credit!

  Alex and Niko took $1500.00 from our selves they placed tarps on our roof and 15 days later the tarps were blown Ed off by winds and asked to have our money back as they didn't complied with regulations and not installed the tarps correctly, so an engineer from insurance said that's not at all installed properly, now Wright world LLC were supposed to send us back our money, now they are not answering phone calls nore have sent us our promised refund money Alex is a big liar as he said he sent us a check to our home and never did he said he was going to look into it never did now he's not answe

  I was lucky that Luis Rea advised me with everything I needed to know for the purchase of solar panels. He was very professional and he never pressured or manipulated us to make the purchase, we are happy with the solar panels because we are saving energy. I 100% recommend Luis to advise you, he is very patient and available. The panels within the first month, the commissioning took almost 3 months but this is a normal time since the city has to do the final inspection. Everyone who came to my house was very responsible and professional.

  Our agent Jojo Rebolledo was amazing hands down. He drove all the way to Sacramento to azure all of our inquiries and concerns were met. He sat with us and explained thoroughly what the process consist of a guesstimate on the timeline and follow through and checked in on us through every step until completion. Very good company I highly recommend if you’re looking for solar’s that she called them and ask for Jojo.

  I just want to say that Osvaldo Martinez was an expert at what he does. The reason is that he wasn't a salesman; he was more educational. He explained everything clearly and made sure I truly understood before moving on to the next step. What he did was provide an educational consultation on why solar is better than staying with PG&E, and honestly, I couldn't be happier working with Brightworld. Osvaldo and I are true professionals, and he really helps you.
