    My wife and I contacted Solar Negotiators about a ground mount solar system. After providing them with information they requested (3) three times, iver the course of 40 days, we never recieved an answer to our request for a quote. We even sent an email to the CEO, Chris Moran, informed him of our request and how it has been handled........ NO return email. VERY rude!!!!!! At least send a response even if it is to inform us they don't want to do business. VERY unimpressed!!!!!! Also you cant leave your review unless you give them a one star review.

    The communication and customer service of this company has been very disappointed. I have had to be the one calling around and finding out why it has taken so long for my solar to get up and running. I was the one who found the discrepancy the city had with the paperwork. I’m the one that is calling in trying to get my system online. I’m the one who called yesterday to let them know everything was up and running and I needed to be onboarded. Of course they said they would call me right back to do that and I still haven’t heard from them so once again I will have to be the one to call request s

    I’m the owner of a company that is in the service industry as well. My name is Tim Kerber. And I am reviewing Solar Negotiators as a private customer. We had them put Solar on our house. It was a very large residential system. The amount of things that I can complain about is insane. I could not imagine treating my clients the way that this company has treated us. Less than 1 star.

    it was funny, one day I called Petersen Dean, my solar providers and Solar Negotiators kept answering their lines. I, finally, realized that it was, sort of, a scam, somehow they bought Petersen Deans number. I, did, however, speak to them and eventually started a maintenance plan with them that would include, 30% off of labor 2 panel cleaning and monitoring my panels. I guess that we figured that by monitoring them that if something went wrong they would let us know. That NEVER happened, I noticed that our solar production was quite low.     I highly recommend Solar Negotiators for all your solar needs. They were amazing. From the initial visit with Garrett to “turn on” was less than a month. Garrett came to the initial visit with the owner, Chris. The sales pitch was no pressure, and they gave me the best deal. Garrett was always available for any questions. The workers and technicians were always on time for the appointment. Before contacting them, I dealt with Tesla and Sunrun. Neither was responsive and sometimes didn’t show up within the 4-hour appointment window. Thus, I ended up canceling with both companies before going wi

    We have our panels cleaned twice a year and the technicians are always on time and courteous. Never a mess left behind and the panels look terrific. Very comprehensive cleaning and check of the entire system. Very happy w/ Solar Maintenance Pros service!

    So Glad went with Solar Negotiators!!! They are always availbale for Questions. If they don't know the answer, they will definitley call back. Always friendly and patient.
