I have a huge 30kw, $90,000+ Tesla Solar system on my house here in Peoria, AZ, and it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Their customer service has been utter hell. If I could give them a zero, or negative stars I would gladly. It makes me want to rip this freaking system off my house. They installed Solar Edge inverters, which keep breaking. The inverters do not have monitoring capability, and one of them is sucking insane amounts of power, causing me huge energy bills when I'm not even home. Tesla takes no responsibility for this, and keeps looping me in circles. Customer. Ser

Call the number and typed in my area code. It rings once and then hangs up. All five times that I called. I cannot get ahold of anybody. So far in my eyes bad service

Awesome set up with absolutely horrendous follow up. Less than a year in the system crashes and it takes them 10-21 days to “remotely” try to fix my physical inverter. Best part is they don’t reimburse you for anything. Just a sorry for the inconvenience. Good thing I’m in AZ and the summer months are not hot……amazing cars but the worst company for solar

I went with Tesla Solar after comparing a few local installers and the experience was mostly positive. Their consultant spent time reviewing panel orientation, shading concerns, and expected production before the contract was finalized. The install crew arrived on schedule and worked efficiently throughout the week. They explained how the net metering setup would affect our monthly bills and gave realistic estimates instead of exaggerated savings claims. One thing I appreciated was how carefully they labeled the inverter connections and breaker panel updates. The system has been operating quie

The staff installed solar panels on our farmhouse and they did a steady job from beginning to end. We had a complicated roofline with older shingles so I expected delays, but they coordinated inspections carefully and explained every step before moving ahead. The installers were respectful and worked around our livestock fencing without causing problems. They helped us understand the difference between grid tied and battery supported systems and gave practical suggestions instead of pushing expensive upgrades. Since the installation, our daytime energy costs have decreased and the equipment ha

These guys handled our solar battery backup installation after several outages in our area and the process went smoother than I expected. They arrived early most days and worked carefully around our detached garage where the inverter and storage system were mounted. I appreciated that they explained load balancing and backup circuits in plain language instead of using too much technical jargon. The inspections passed on the first visit and the final walkthrough was detailed enough that I felt comfortable using the monitoring system myself. We have already noticed better energy management durin

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
