Similar situation to Chris' review...I was promised a manufacturer rebate in writing and never received it. Sales rep. ( Chris Tranchina & company president Samuel Dobar) would not respond to phone calls, texts, or emails. Chris made many promises to personally deliver the rebate but never did. Samuel himself promised to come install a missing critter guard that was suppose to be part of the project and never showed. The initial installation was not placed correctly so it needed to be re-installed to change the positioning which delayed the system operating even though I was already being char

Bad business practices. They promise a rebate if you sign by a certain date. They do not respond to calls, texts or emails. Would not recommend this business.

If I could give more stars then I would. This was hands-down the best experience that I had working with any crew doing any job at my house. Not only were they fast efficient but they were also able to tell me and educate my family about the solar system. The process was very simple they took care of everything and we’re very hands-on with the process. They also didn’t try to cheat me they could have up sold me on a few things but they told me what was the best for my needs and recommended the most cost effective way to achieve my goals

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. York is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
