    Communication with them is horrible!! They do not have anyone answering phone calls unless you’re a new customer interested in buying. Now that the work is finished and they were paid, all follow up phone calls go to voicemail!! The roofers cut corners and covered my gutter guards!! Shoddy work! Now my gutters don’t work and when it rains we have streams of water everywhere!! It’s a mess! I called multiple times for the past month and left messages but still haven’t gotten a return phone call! I even used the prompt that I’m a new customer and spoke to someone explaining what happened. They sa

    I have been trying to get in touch with you all for weeks now and no one is getting back to me. My system has been down since May 22nd. I keep calling leaving messages leaving call back numbers. I got transferred call back from New Jersey. They tried to get in touch with New York and they couldn't get in touch with anyone either. They even said "New York is hard to get in touch with". It should not be this hard to get help with my system.

    My solar stopped working for almost a month, the service team still didn’t call me back, i called the customer service 3 times already, they keep saying that it is under review with the service team….and this happens every year during the summer, and I lose a whole summer month of saving, so what’s the point to have solar? If you see this, walk away from this company, bad customer service, or maybe just don’t do solar at all!!!!!
