Its one and two star share is 13 points below the typical installer in West Sacramento. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 12 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

We cannot speak highly enough about Neumann! Kind, extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. He showed up at our door one day and we are so glad we answered! He explained all of our options for solar, including our usage and budget and found the best fit for us. We have been absolutely thrilled with our solar and are saving tons of money! We have been so blessed to work with Neumann! It has been 3 years since our solar project was completed and we still reach out to him if we have questions. He is always eager to help even 3 years later! If you want someone who cares and wants what's best for

I have worked with Neumann Anderson several times and he has been helpful, trustworthy, and upfront on each occasion. He is always a pleasure to work with and I have been pleased with the solar product both times (panels and battery). I am considering adding to the battery system I already have and would happily with him again.

Neumann has been very knowledgeable, accurate, timely, easy to work with. Our solar system is working very well. It is now providing 24/7 solar electric using the panels and battery. We wholeheartedly recommend working with Neumann.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. West Sacramento is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
