    Great product knowledge. Unfortunately, there was no follow through with the gift card that was promised when signing with him for new Solar services. It would definitely have been very helpful to pay off our true bill.

    Tyler was instrumental in our choice to go with Powur. He proactively contacted us and gave us a quote far below the solar company recommended by Costco. Tylers performance was exceptional in his professionalism, and conscientiousness. Tyler was always polite, friendly, and patient. He helped us get get in under the net metering change deadline and allowed us to delay or install until we could raise the funds. Tyler and his team completed the plans and got permitting approval. Tyler gave intelligent recommendations regarding smart electrical panel and battery back up needs showing for our syst

    Tyler was a huge help, and an invaluable guide through the entire process of getting solar installed at our home. He was responsive on a timely basis, informative, and answered every one of my endless dumb questions! When there was a problem with initial billing (my fault), he resolved it quickly, getting me credited with the correct amount. I’d recommend him highly.
