Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in Arizona. Across Arizona, 150 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 102 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Sorry if this is long but had to get it off my chest…. We had contacted them before about getting a quote and they had undercut the local solar companies, as thier price came in at half the cost. When I asked them about it, they stated that “most companies like to take advantage of customers”. That’s not really a great answer. I even stated that they are using the same equipment as the locals, why are they so low?? They didn’t have an answer. My neighbors ended up going with these guys. They really had no respect when it came to my personal home and yard. They had laid the main wiring for the

I started the process with them in August 2024, after confusion with the financing and multiple messages, they finally got it approved and I was told it would take 3 weeks for installation. I had to constantly initiate follow ups with them on status and the system didn’t pass inspections twice. Finally passed inspections in November. Here I am in the middle of December and the system is still not operational. I constantly have to send text messages to my contact there for status updates. They do not proactively contact me. On top of that, I had to update my payment plan to APS in September to

Rexx and his team were honest upfront about the whole process. Being a previous solar owner United Energy Partners made it a pleasure for us to have them as partners. We want to thank Rexx and his team for a stress free process. I highly recommend United Energy Partners for your solar and battery needs.

The process was very smooth from beginning to end. They completed all the administrative tasks like setting up inspections and they were there every step of the way with any questions plus response was very quick. The installation was smooth and quick and looks very professional. I chose UEP because they are an SRP preferred contractor and it paid off!

United Energy Partners is a highly competent, family-owned company that is friendly, service-oriented, and genuinely cares about its customers. In an industry where that combination can be hard to find, they're a rare gem. From system design through installation and commissioning, United absolutely nailed my rooftop solar and Tesla Powerwall 3 system. I'm 84 years old. I care deeply about the environment, but I also appreciate good economics. With United, I got both. My first results are in, and they demonstrate what happens when an installer gets everything right: a properly sized solar array

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“options to choose from, as well as financing options to make your solar investment more…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and family owned, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
