  Worst company. I haven't been able to have 8 months of solar with out a problem from the first time they set it up and never fully hooked it up so for the first 3-4 months wasn't getting any solar. To about 6 months after that a transformer went bad. To then having the breaker trip everyday and having to rest it then the roof started to leak and they sent out a roofer that said he couldn't find the leaks when I have pictures of them when it's raining that took 3 months to get fixed to now the breaker is back to tripping every day.   I had icon power. Put a new roof and Solar System on my house. The leaks The name of the roofing company they used was total building systems. The roof leaks so I have Mold in my attic. The closet bedroom ceiling caved in. And they do not want to fix it. Because I did not notice it right away. I would not recommend icon power to anybody. The roof leaks in several places. They do not want to fix it. Which I thought was very. Unbusiness like practices. My house is falling down around me because of their shawty work. I guess I need to hire a lawyer. My insurance company will not pay for it becaus

  Higher bills and zero customer support. After speaking with some other vendors Icon is notorious for undersizing systems. This has caused my bills to go up monthly and Icon can't even bother returning a call to possibly increase the system size. Their demand management system sub vendors are very low quality and don't work as advertised. Strongly suggest any home owner to look elsewhere before committing to Icon.

  I'm enjoying my new solar! Thanks! The product looks awesome on the home and I actually believe that it upgrades the curb appeal, making the home look sleek and updated. Icon's install crew was professional, helpful, informative, and respectful. Thanks Brandon! James was an awesome and knowledgeable representative. Answering calls, cutting to the chase.....saving & making money from solar! Jonathan and customer service have been exceptional.   Cannot see enough positive things about our experience with Ramone and the Hydra crew. Extremely conscientious, knowledgeable and dedicated. Making sure everything was done safely and accurately. They also noticed some potential hazards with another company that had done some wiring of our solar panels and a mini split, which they corrected on site. We are much safer now than we were before they showed up. Again highly recommended. You will not go wrong.

  This is the 4th solar system I have installed over the years, and Icon Power (Jordan especially) has been Excellent. They were fast, well communicated, instant to respond to any question, very informational with the power plans/choices...from start to finish. I have never experienced such a great install that was very quick, and their lease-to-own option was a great deal reducing the cost. I would highly recommend reaching out to them for solar interest--they were excellent! I can't wait to have my near $0 monthly bill as it's just about completed, and I calculate around a 6 year pay-off to br

  Kurt and his team were awesome. From the first meeting with Kurt, he was super clear as to what the Tesla program offered. Also Kurt was very clear on how the program best works with APS (rates-import-export and the financial aspect). The legal documents were sent within a week and finished. The following week all permits were submitted. Tyler and a second technician showed early and completed the install in two days. The system was inspected and was fully operational the following week. • It is also reviewed on Angi, the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
