This process has been very frustrating. It felt deceptive from the beginning. Finally the roof was installed and it leaked in several spots. Next months go by and I checked with the city just to learn permits have never been submitted. I’ve checked in half a dozen times and was assured it was on track, but nothing has been done. Summer is gone, solar has not been started and I’m stuck with a very disappointing process.

I think United solar violated the TCPA and called me about a house I have never owned, and already has solar on the roof. After reviewing the reviews on Google, I found a few reviewers that appear to be from other countries. Usually this is done to over inflate a company's rating. I have made a couple of calls to talk to somebody in charge about the penalty for violating the TCPA and haven't gotten a response yet. I've also checked with the California Secretary of State business search and haven't been able to find a record for United solar at the address they have on their website. That doesn

I recently had my roof replaced by united solar , and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was highly professional, completed the job on time, and left my property spotless. The new roof looks fantastic. I appreciate their attention to detail. I highly recommend them

I had a great experience working with united solar for my roof repair and the installation of solar system. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and skilled. They addressed all my concerns and delivered exceptional workmanship. I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome and would gladly recommend them to others.

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
