    Awful customer service! Gary called me multiple times in a row while I was in a meeting unable to answer the phone and proceeds to send me this text message! “ You’re the one that asked for the information just simply trying to do the job they pay me to do people like you are the reason why this country is the way it is today”

    Not a fan of the owner. He is very immature and not someone anyone should work with in my opinion.

    I made a claim through my insurance and listed 3 items that’s needed to be address and to milk the insurance company they came out 2 separate times and fixed one item each time. After the 2nd visit they made me file another claim to fix the 3rd item and pay the insurance deductible a second time. Definitely doing some shady stuff. The man that came out also placed his tools on my new counter and dented the edge

    Trent was outstanding Very professional and knowledgeable. Just what I expected from Urban Design. We are very pleased.

    They installed our system in 2017 and its worked well. When I’ve needed service they’ve been very responsive. I definitely recommend them.
