  Poor communication from the owner Joel who was not upfront with many costs. He quoted us $230 to change four light bulbs in some very high ceiling fans in our house and do some light cleaning above our fireplace. Upon completion of the work he attempted to upcharge us to $460 by including driving time (which he did not tell us about in his initial quote) as well as time that the technicians were sitting in their car waiting - they had arrived 1 hour earlier than they were scheduled so we had to rush to get home to let them in, and Joel was adamant about including this in the hourly rate.   I took time off work to be home during day and they never showed up. Called at the end of the 1 hour scheduled window and was told they would contact the person that was supposed to show up and get back to me. Waited 30 minutes and never heard from them. I had leave to get back to work. Extremely unprofessional.

  Geronimo is a very nice guy. He was totally unfamiliar with our SunPower battery system so there was no fix; just some possibilities.

  Joel was great, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a followup to their electrical work related to the installation of a mini-split A/C unit. Joel fixed the problem in nothing flat, and Woodland Electric was very prompt in sending Joel to fix the problem. We're very happy with their service. Kudos to Joel and the office staff for getting the work done quickly.
