Its one and two star share is 20 points above the typical installer in Arkansas. Across Arkansas, 5 of the 34 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 10 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Arkansas, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★100%

Each mark is one company we hold in Arkansas whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Xova Energy is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

If it were possible to rate with negative stars, I would. Our experience has been horrible, full of lies and delays. It will be a year next month since they started a simple residential system, and they still haven't finished. We are elderly and were duped out of over $50,000 that we cannot afford (we were counting on the savings on power to help pay for it.)

I've had nothing but probles with this company. My panels have been installed for 4 months and are still not working. And no one will return calls or texts.

Highest quality solar company in Hot Springs! Uses the newest cutting edge technology and highest efficiency solar panels that produce mind blowing energy!!! Thank you Xova for getting me off the grid and saying goodbye to electric bills for good.

When we moved into my mother-in-law's home to take care of her, the solar panels had been damaged by a hail storm. We called Xova Energy. Skyler came out and gave us an estimate. He also let us know there was roof damaged and gave us the number of a roofer. Once the roof was installed, Skyler and his team showed up and had new panels on by the end of the day. Skyler thoroughly explained every step and stuck with it. He went above and beyond by letting us know about the roof and referring us to a roofer who was also professional. I would highly recommend Skyler and Xova Energy to anyone looking

Great guys. Very knowledgeable for what they do. They helped me get some old panels moved off my room and moved into a field of mine. My many’s are making half as more than they was. Highly recommended!

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Hot Springs is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
