Its one and two star share is 15 points above the typical installer in Arkansas. Across Arkansas, 6 of the 34 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 28 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I initially gave them 5 stars review but after months of waiting and broken promises they just disappear on you. They installed panels but never finished job transferring and connecting services. Never answers calls and came to find out they filed bankruptcy. Now we stuck not knowing who the financing is through or who took over if at all.

The installation was great, product is good. The only issue is that, after install.I felt like left behind. It seems its hard to get hold of this business when an issue arise. …

This company is very unprofessional. I’m getting charged for solar and this company will not fix my solar that failed the inspection. I’ve called many times and all I get is an answering machine. They never call back. I hate this company and I’m looking into getting an attorney to sue them. This is totally wrong to do to people.

Install team was nice/polite. Cleaned up after themselves and I did not have to do anything. Thank you

Lucious Jordan and the entire Lumio team have been absolutely incredible and thorough from the energy savings in going to solar energy for our home to the earlier than expected installation. I couldn’t be happier with our family’s decision to trust Lumio with our energy needs! Ask for Lucious Jordan or Jake Pierson to come explain how the system works and will save you money in this ever changing cost of electricity!

Great customer service and very helpful, made everything easier to go solar

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
