Solar Pros

Each mark is one company we hold in Arkansas whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar Pros is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Thank you so much for coming to look at taking off our Solar panels after the tornado. You gave us great advice about how to handle our current solar panel company and they are now going to do remove and replace the solar panels at no charge. If we have any future needs we will definitely be using you for our solar panel needs!! A huge thank you once again for helping us out.

I must say I am impressed with this company! While I must say that I have not personally done business with them, I passed one of there vehicles today that had a wrap on it...it was a Tesla. That's brand recognition if I've ever seen it! Looks to me like you've done your part to identify with the type of work that you provide to your customers. I was so impressed that I wanted to say from one business owner to the next...Nice Job!

So the last couple times that our power has gone out, the generator has come on and our house was the envy of the neighborhood. I haven’t paid an electric bill all summer, which was my goal. I believe that this will continue to be the case through the rest of the year. I want to give you and your team credit for delivering on this solar system to exactly what I was looking for. Thanks so much for bearing with me when things weren’t working quite right and for figuring it out. You have my full endorsement and when people ask me about my solar system, my feedback is that you deliver on what you

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• Google also lists this company under electrical.
• It is also reviewed on HomeAdvisor. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Springdale is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
