Its one and two star share is 2 points above the typical installer in Arkansas. Across Arkansas, 13 of the 34 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 20 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Good Faith Solar during the sale of my home. They were hired to inspect my solar panels and initially claimed they were installed incorrectly, requiring specialized clips—at an extremely high cost. Concerned about the quote, I hired another reputable company, which completed the work for a fraction of Good Faith Solar’s price. When Good Faith Solar returned for another inspection, they changed their assessment entirely, now claiming my system was a fire hazard. Both companies were supposed to meet for a final review, but Good Faith Solar failed to s

The Good Faith Solar team is great! Always responsive and professional! They fixed my system after it was damaged and got downed panels producing again. They kept me updated as repairs were underway, were patient with the warranty provider’s requests, worked with my schedule, and were happy to answer questions throughout. If you have solar work that needs to be done, give them a call. Thank you, GFS!

Kevin was an amazing technician. His expertise with solar systems was more than exceptional. They were there on time, finished on time and had the best communication through out the entire process. They removed and replaced our panels so they would generate more electricity. I would recommend dropping all others and using Good Faith Solar for all of your Solar needs.

They kept us informed the entire time and fixed our solar panels quickly, very much appreciate how hard they worked on all of our panels

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
