Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Haltom City. Across Texas, 399 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 7 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I had solar installed in December 2023. Natalia Carter was a wonderful guide through the process, always available to answer questions and very knowledgeable about all the different dimensions of installation and operation. She is also super friendly, clearly cares about sustainable energy, and goes above and beyond to ensure that the people she works with are 100 percent satisfied with their solar systems. I highly recommend that you work with her!

I can't thank enough for working with me on getting a solar system that can handle our current needs. I asked for a system that can generate 105% of my annual needs and that is what was designed and installed at a fair price. Other companies wanted to just install 80% of my need, needless to say they did not get my business.

We approached Natalia Carter with our interest in putting solar panels on the roof of our 100+ year old house. It was part of our strategy to wean ourselves off of fossil fuels, but we wanted to make sure we did it right, and that it was economically feasible as well. We had contacted a number of other solar organizations, and were often left with both technical and economic questions. Natalia was a breath of fresh air in her transparency, in her technical knowledge and her addressing the many obstacles that are normal in putting this technology on an old house. With her we explored financing,

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“the most comprehensive 30 year warranty in the industry, customer service…”

  • Years in business

“fossil fuels to power their homes: Over 100 year old grid that needs constant…”

Its website also mentions financing, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Haltom City is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
