Its one and two star share is 22 points above the typical installer in the Haltom City area. Across Texas, 123 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 9 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Haltom City area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Monoluxe Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Not going to mention any names, but this was the worst experience I have had. Great at selling the product horrible with getting things done and horrible communication between companies involved in the process. I had to make phone calls to my electric company and the solar company to finally get mine finished. Was great for a month than the roof leak started. Which has been another fiasco trying to get repaired. Luckily the installation guy actually cares and is trying to make things right and fix the roof. He's been the only one between Monoluxe and Generation Solar, that has been helpful. I

I have been attempting to get refunded for the energy early disconnect fee as well as damages to my fire pit. I was assured these monies would be sent in October. My roof now has a leak. I have sent emails and left messages. No response from anyone. As far as how great this is and how much my energy bill would be reduced: sales tactic. Now we have this bill AND a high energy bill.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
